We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not, please review our policy below for a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
2. Reverse Courier Service
For your convenience, we offer a reverse pickup service through our trusted courier partners for eligible returns.
- Free Reverse Pickup: This service is complimentary for all orders above PKR 5,000.
- Standard Charges: A nominal fee of PKR 200 will be charged for the reverse pickup of orders below PKR 5,000. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.
3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Pickup Arrangement: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, arrange for a reverse pickup at your specified address. You will be kept informed of the pickup schedule.
- Inspection & Store Credit: Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will undergo a quick inspection. After the item is verified to be in its original condition, we will issue a store credit for the full value of the product (less any applicable reverse pickup charges). This store credit can then be used for a future purchase on our website.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full store credit, including a complimentary reverse pickup, once the item has been returned and inspected.
